A status hearing for Christopher Hubbart is scheduled at 1:30 p.m. on Sept. 18 in Department 113 of the Hollywood Courthouse (5925 Hollywood Blvd., Los Angeles), with Judge Robert S. Harrison presiding. The Court will provide both in-person and remote viewing options for members of the public. In accordance with Welfare and Institutions Code Section 6609.1(b), no public comment will be taken during the hearing. Individuals wishing to observe should review the information below.
Instructions for Obtaining a Seat in the Courtroom at the Hollywood Courthouse
Seating capacity in Department 113 at the Hollywood Courthouse is limited. To accommodate in-person public observation, five seats in the courtroom will be available to the public on a first-come, first-served basis. Those individuals will be seated promptly at 1:30 p.m.
Remote Observation Option for the Public
In order to provide members of the Antelope Valley Community with access to the proceedings, any member of the public may observe the proceeding remotely via LACourtConnect (LACC) using case number 23HWMH00716. Those wishing to view remotely are encouraged to login between 1:15 and 1:30 p.m., and no later than 1:30 p.m.
Photography, Video, Audio & Electronic Devices
Recording, photographing or broadcasting this proceeding is strictly prohibited pursuant to Superior Court of Los Angeles County Local Rule 2.17 and California Rules of Court 1.150. This restriction applies uniformly to Department 113 at the Hollywood Courthouse and to those observing the proceedings remotely via LACC.
Cellphone and laptop use in Department 113 at the Hollywood Courthouse will not be permitted at any time.
