October 1, 2025 is the beginning of the San Fernando Valley Bar Association’s 99th year as an organization. And while our Directors and Officers will be sworn in on November 13 at our Installation Gala (you can still buy tickets, don’t wait!), I officially stepped into my role as President of the Association on October 1.
The first thing I need to do as President is to thank each and every member of the Association for your support, engagement, and participation. In the 10 years that the Association has been part of my life, I have come to know how hard so many of you work to make this Association succeed. You volunteer to lead our sections and committees, you help organize our educational and social events, you write articles for Valley Lawyer, you spend your time and money supporting our activities, and you do dozens of other things to help our Association.

Our organization has so much to look forward to as we enter 2026 and our 100th Anniversary year, but in reaching 100 years old, we also have so much to look back on in gratitude.
