Specialty – Adam is a trial attorney focusing on complex business litigation, especially real estate, construction, digital privacy and cybersecurity, mobile app law, and embezzlement issues. Adam practices in both State and Federal Court. His trial experience includes a 3 ½ month jury trial resulting in a defense verdict for his client and a 3 week bench trial ending with an over $10,000,000 verdict, including a $1.5 million award for punitive damages.
Adam, served as President of the San Fernando Valley Bar Association in 2014 and is a founding member and director of Mediation Center of Los Angeles (MCLA) a non-profit free mediation service. Adam saw a need for low cost mediation after the Superior Court ended its mediation program.
Adam is a family man and an endurance athlete. He is a 15-time Ironman finisher, his most recent being this summer in France. He placed 13th in the Ultraman World Championship in 2019 and will participate in his 6th Ultraman triathlon in November 2025. He enjoys training, spending time with his three daughters, and traveling with his wife. While recovering from his Ironman this Summer, Adam and his wife visited, Germany, Austria, Slovakia and Hungary.
