In addition, LACC’s redesigned Same Day Check-In page now features a new navigation pane with direct links to the most commonly used features. Court users can directly access the Same Day Check-In page, My Checked-in Hearings and the Courtroom Preview feature alongside quick links to resources, technical specifications and support resources.

Slayton said. “These LACC enhancements put users at the center by making it easier to check in for hearings, track case updates, and receive reminders—all in one place. This is about delivering efficient, responsive, and modern court services that reflect the public’s expectations.”
CourtHelp Integration
CourtHelp, the Court’s interactive conversational tool that connects users directly with court services, is now integrated with LACC to make managing remote hearings even easier. Through CourtHelp, users can search for hearings assigned to their case, view their checked-in hearings, and check in for same-day hearings. Users can set up text message reminders through the chat bot to ensure they never miss an upcoming hearing.

The platform promotes convenience and choice, offering audio and video remote appearance options that eliminate the need for driving, parking, and childcare costs while saving time on commutes to courthouses. LACC 3.0 is compatible with Windows PC, macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and Android devices that support Microsoft Teams.
