Effective April 6, 2026, the Limited Unlawful Detainer Division will implement the following change to courtroom operations at the Norwalk Courthouse, located at 12720 Norwalk Blvd., Norwalk:
- Commissioner Paul Bruguera and the Limited Civil Unlawful Detainer courtroom will move from Department W to Department F. All matters previously assigned to Commissioner Bruguera remain assigned to him in Department F for all purposes, unless otherwise notified.
All matters currently calendared shall remain scheduled on the dates and times previously set, unless otherwise notified. Counsel and parties are instructed to indicate the assigned judicial officer and department on the first page of all documents filed with the clerk to ensure proper departmental assignment, calendaring of hearings and document routing.
