Member spotlight: Rebecca I. Pathak

Rebecca is a partner at Pathak & Feldman, a full-service Immigration Law firm, located at 3500 W Olive Ave, Burbank, CA 91505.  Her specialty is U.S. Immigration law which she has been practicing 26 years.     

A Southern California native, Rebecca graduated from UCLA, English Literature with honors, and the University of San Diego, School of Law. She is active in the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA), San Fernando Valley Bar Association (SFVBA) where she is Immigration Section co-chair (2024-2025) and National Immigration Litigation Alliance (NILA). Rebecca practiced immigration law with firms in New York City, Beverly Hills and Los Angeles before establishing her own practice in 2009 in Southern California and expansion to serve the Midwest region, including offices in the Chicago, Columbus and Indianapolis areas.

As for her interests, Rebecca was an EB-5 investor magazine participant recently in Buenos Aires, Argentina and Beijing, China.  She saw Lionel Messi play for Inter Miami twice in the past year.  She is an LAFC founder's club season ticket holder, is hopeful to see England v Ghana at Gilette stadium in Boston, MA this Summer (World Cup) and the Summer Olympics coming to LA in 2028.  Rebecca’s mother was born in Thessaloniki, Greece and immigrated to the U.S. through Ellis Island on a vessel crossing the Atlantic ocean and her father is a descendent of Russian and Lithuanian immigrants as well.

Rebecca also enjoys family, hiking, international travel, sporting events, fashion, and comedy writing.  Her favorite way to relax is beach, yoga, lounging poolside, and spa day.
