In Memorium: Karenlin Madoff

Longtime SFVBA member, Karenlin Madoff, passed away peacefully on April 22, 2026, surrounded by friends and family. Karenlin began her working life in journalism and transitioned to a legal career when she graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2001.  She specialized in trusts and estates law, practicing with Charles Baumer in Century City, and retiring in 2023. Karenlin loved Art Deco, whimsical purses, travel and British television. She is survived by her husband, Jeff, dog, Buffy, family and countless friends.
