4:00 PM - 6:00 PM PT
The SFVBA is proud to join with the Los Angeles Incubator Consortium, Southwestern Law Community Lawyering Clinic, the Mexican American Bar Association, the National Immigration Project, and the Orange County Legal Consortium to present this webinar which will illuminate the current immigration crisis and offer an overview of family planning documents that could help immigrant families plan for their children's health and safety in the event of deportation. This is a two-hour training for general CLE credit for attorneys who want to help but do not have the expertise in immigration or estate planning law. We anticipate this will be one of a series of trainings designed to create a panel of attorneys who are committed to pro bono and modest-income representation for those with financial constraints.
2 Hours General MCLE.
