Summary

Just like other policyholders, real estate professionals often think once they’ve purchased their insurance policies, all is well, and they’ll be covered if something goes wrong.  Not so fast. Insurance coverage is never an issue until you have a claim. Then, you might find that your insurance company is looking for any way possible to deny your legitimate coverage rights. Think ahead and learn guidelines and strategies for how you can protect yourself now, before you have a claim, and before it’s too late.
