Summary

Mediators and attorneys must navigate the legal complexities of conflict as well as the intensity of emotion which can derail the process. This webinar will discuss how mindfulness can help neutrals and attorneys remain calm and ethically sound even in the face of bias, incivility and inappropriate behavior. The panelists will also describe how the practice of mindfulness reduces reactivity and cultivates progress during a mediation.
