On Jan. 2, 2025, the Superior Court of Los Angeles County will expand its phased implementation of electronic service (eService) to Family Law, Probate and Mental Health appeal documents that the Court is required to transmit, deliver or serve.

Effective Jan. 6, the Family Law Division will implement the following change to courtroom operations at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse, located at 111 N. Hill St., Los Angeles.
