The San Fernando Valley Bar Association is a long-time associate member of the Multicultural Bar Alliance (MCBA) of Southern California, an organization comprised primarily of minority bar associations.
The SFVBA belongs to the MCBA because of the Association’s commitment to increasing diversity in the legal profession at large and our own organization. The SFVBA was recognized by the State Bar of California with its 2016 Diversity Award for its “outstanding efforts and significant contributions” to ensure full and equal opportunity for all persons considering a career in the legal profession.
The SFVBA encourages members to support the MCBA by attending events and programs organized by the Association’s member Bars.
