The deadline to register for the last session of the LASC’s Civil Trial Advocacy Program is Monday, December 5, 2022.
The session will have a panel of legal experts who will share strategies to effectively conduct closing arguments. The event is free and is open to attorneys of all levels of experience.
The two-hour session is divided into three parts: A ‘Nuts and Bolts’ presentation on closing arguments from both the plaintiff and defense perspectives; a demonstration of effective closing arguments; and a roundtable discussion with presenters’ feedback and tips.
