Documents filed with the Los Angeles Superior Court in Decedent’s Estate and Trust probate cases are now available to view and purchase on the Court’s website lacourt.org. In addition, Decedent’s Estate and Trust non-confidential document images can be accessed from the Online Services and the Probate Division sections of the website. According to the LASC, any party in a probate case may now obtain confidential documents excluded from this service by visiting a local courthouse with valid identification.
