Attorneys interested in improving their jury voir dire skills are invited to a free, three-part virtual Civil Trial Advocacy Program on Thursday, April 21, 2022.
Presented by the Los Angeles Superior Court, the comprehensive program will include expert input on the law regarding voir dire; tips for successful voir dire; perspectives on voir dire from plaintiff and defense counsel; and a live mock jury selection with peremptory challenges.
The session will conclude with a roundtable Question and Answer session with feedback and tips from the presenters and plaintiff and defense jury consultants.
