Part Two of the LASC’s Civil Trial Advocacy ‘Opening Statements’ Program is scheduled for Thursday, June 23.
The program includes:
- “Nuts and Bolts” lecture on mini-openings and opening statements with perspective from plaintiff and defense counsel;
- A mini-opening demonstration;
- A mock opening statement demonstration; and,
- Around table session with feedback and tips from the presenters.
Attendees will receive two (2) hours of MCLE credit, while attorneys of all levels of experience are encouraged to attend
