Efiling provides efficiencies and enhances the Court’s ability to maintain complete and easily accessible records. The Court will soon implement the efiling of all documents filed in the Civil Complex Division. Efiling will be mandatory for attorneys upon implementation.
A virtual meeting for attorneys is scheduled for Monday, September 13, 2021, from 4 to 5 p.m. Detailed information regarding the implementation of Complex efiling, including new requirements specific to Complex documents, will be provided.
