The Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) will expand its presence in the Los Angeles area with the opening of a new Immigration Court in Van Nuys.
Starting December 9, 2019, the new Court―located at 6230 Van Nuys Blvd., Suite 300―will cover Kern, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura counties, and parts of Los Angeles County.
The Court will be in operation 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Tel: (818) 904-5200.
The Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) is an agency within the Department of Justice tasked with adjudicating immigration cases by fairly, expeditiously, and uniformly interpreting and administering the Nation’s immigration laws.
The EOIR conducts immigration court proceedings, appellate reviews, and administrative hearings under authority delegated from the U.S. Attorney General.
