July 27, 2020 – Eeffective immediately, all Civil courtrooms throughout the County using CRS will require all motions to be reserved via CRS prior to filing the motion.

July 16, 2020 – An earlier General Order issued by the Superior Court has been revised and affects the statutory deadlines and start-up dates for criminal trials and other proceedings.
July 13, 2020 – The LASC has issued a new General Order extending to August 20 the date at which criminal trials will resume at the County’s 38 courthouses.
July 7, 2020 – The Los Angeles Superior Court has extended its initial 90-day grace period to pay traffic and non-traffic infraction fines by an additional 60 days.
