Effective February 1, Judge Timothy M. Weiner is assigned to the Governor George Deukmejian Courthouse in Long Beach and preside over three departments, according to the Los Angeles Superior Court.
Judge Weiner will preside in Departments S14, S15 and S16 on a rotating schedule.
All matters currently assigned to judicial officers in these departments remain so assigned and scheduled on the dates and times previously set. Such matters may be reassigned to Judge Weiner for all purposes on the date scheduled for hearing.
