Starting June 7, all attorneys practicing in Los Angeles County will be able to create a Court ID to participate in the Superior Court’s new ATTORNEY PORTAL and LACOURTCONNECT remote courtroom appearance programs.
Initially, probate attorneys with Mandatory Settlement Conferences will be able to schedule remote appearances while there will be a phased-in introduction of other litigation area through the late summer of 2020.
Starting then, attorneys can subscribe to a set of advanced features that provide one-stop access to case documents filed with the Court and a case calendar and permit access on a case basis to fellow attorneys and support staff.
